7-day returns
We want your little driver to love their new ride. If it isn't right for you, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Conditions
- The request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking. Inflatable bounce houses must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with the battery, charger, remote control and all parts and accessories included.
- Ride-on vehicles and toys that show signs of use, wear, scratches or damage caused after delivery cannot be returned.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, with missing parts or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send a replacement part, a replacement item or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
Not delivered?
If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days of shipping, or the carrier confirms it is lost, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
To change color or model, return the item following the steps above and place a new order.
